Aimed at the Italian community and dedicated to Open Science and its various components, the site www.open-science.it brings together information and reports through a special catalog of resources.

It was launched Friday, October 29 during the GenOA week 2021, the portal www.open-science.it, entirely dedicated to Open Science and its many aspects, written in Italian and designed for the Italian community in various capacities involved in Open Science, but always with an eye to the international level.

Conceived by CNR-ISTI, the portal was then incorporated into the activities of the Competence Centre of ICDI, which hosts the editorial staff.

The portal offers information and resources organized for different types of users: researcher, research institution, funding agency, citizen.Once the user type has been selected, it is possible to choose the contents according to different themes: Open Science, research data management, Open Science regulations, repositories, funding bodies and Open Access, Services, Os projects and initiatives.

In addition, the portal offers a catalog of specific documents such as Open Access policies of Italian universities, reports, recommendations and guidelines of international importance related to the development of Open Science. The intention is to feed it from now on also with other types of materials, such as resources from training events.
